Bloom Academy – Withdrawal Policy

Introduction

At Bloom Academy, we are committed to transparency and clarity in all academic and administrative processes. The following Withdrawal Policy applies to both on-site (in-person) and online programs and outlines the conditions under which a student may withdraw from a program, as well as the terms related to refunds, materials, and equipment.

By completing the enrollment process, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.

1. Withdrawal Policy – On-Site (In-Person) Programs

Students may request withdrawal from any program within 72 hours of enrollment, provided that the administrative enrollment process has not been completed.
Once Bloom Academy has processed the enrollment, no refunds will be issued.
Once classes have begun, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
Student kits provided by Bloom Academy are non-refundable once any product has been opened, for hygiene, safety, and personal-use reasons.

2. Withdrawal Policy – Online Programs

Students may withdraw on the same day of enrollment and receive a 100% refund, provided the request is made within that same day.
After 72 hours from enrollment, no withdrawals or refunds will be granted, regardless of course access or content usage.

3. Electronic Equipment Policy

Any electronic equipment provided by Bloom Academy must be returned:
- In its original packaging
- In good condition
- Free of physical damage
Equipment showing visible damage, missing components, or signs of misuse will not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Attendance and Program Abandonment Policy

Absenteeism, lack of participation, or program abandonment does not constitute a formal withdrawal request.
Students are responsible for submitting a written withdrawal request within the established timeframes.
Failure to submit a formal request does not entitle the student to a refund or release from academic or administrative obligations.

5. Discounted and Promotional Programs Policy

Programs purchased with discounts, promotional offers, coupons, or institutional benefits may be subject to different withdrawal and refund conditions.
In such cases, Bloom Academy reserves the right to limit or deny refunds, as disclosed at the time of enrollment.
